VDOCITY™ respects the intellectual property rights of others, and also requests you to do the same. VDOCITY™ does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of any intellectual property rights on its Website or related services. At VDOCITY™, we reserve all the rights to remove the entire content, if properly notified that a particular content infringes another's intellectual property rights. VDOCITY™ even reserves the rights to remove the content without giving any prior notice. VDOCITY™ will also terminate a User's account, if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright. VDOCITY™ may remove such Content and/or terminate a User's account on violating these Terms of Use any time/any day, without prior intimation or notice and at its sole discretion.
If you believe that your Content has been copied in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide VDOCITY™'s Copyright Agent the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site is covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in an email enables us to most efficiently locate and remove the infringing material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
